Aviation Dynamics, Inc. is a duly registered corporation with the Philippine Securities and Exchange Commission. It was founded in 2001 by a visionary aviator Capt. Arthur H. Velasquez, with the goal of producing highly proficient pilots. Since its inception, Aviation Dynamics already produced top-caliber pilots some of them are now working as Flight Instructors with other flight training schools.

In 2007, Capt. Velasquez, who also runs a charter and aircraft maintenance business sold Aviation Dynamics. Capt. Velasquez wanted to focus more on the two businesses particularly the charter business which is already experiencing exciting growth. Aeronautical Engineer Sherwin A. Tachado, a former employee of Capt. Velasquez took over the company and positioned the school as a premier international flight training school. In keeping with the company's founded objective, the company set the mission to enhance flight safety by developing highly proficient pilots. To support the mission, Mr. Tachado surrounded himself with highly talented individuals from Aeronautical Engineers down to Legal and Accounting professionals. Today, Aviation Dynamics' people include top notch Aeronautical Engineers, seasoned Ground and Flight Instructors, highly skilled Aircraft Mechanics, and top caliber Legal and Accounting professionals. The core management itself is composed of some of the best minds in the industry.
